2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these straightforward options:

  • Free Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days → $0 (most popular choice)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery) — 7–14 business days → $0
  • Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days → $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum order value required for free options). Times are estimates and may vary depending on location or holidays.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express → 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free → 7–14 business days Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding US weekends & holidays). Tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the process. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size/style. Full details are on our Returns page.

6. How do I choose the right size? Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements (bust, waist, hip, length). We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart. If you're between sizes, most customers size up for a more relaxed fit (especially oversized shirts, dresses, and wide-leg pants). Customer reviews usually include very helpful real-life fit feedback.

7. Do the clothes shrink after washing? Most items are made from pre-shrunk or low-shrinkage fabrics (shrinkage is minimal, usually under 3%). Always follow the care label instructions (typically cold wash, gentle cycle, air dry or low tumble dry) to maintain shape and quality over time.
